Mr. Djery Dolce was born on May 24, 1981. Originally from Gros Mone, Haiti, Elder Dolce was raised in the island’s capital, Port-au-Prince. In November of 1989 he moved to America and resided in New Jersey to later graduate in 2004 from Bloomfield College. While studying at Bloomfield College, he became the Vice President of the Haitian Club, an active member in the Caribbean Club, a committed Resident Assistant (RA), and a dedicated Track and Field athlete. Described as a Brother who “holds his roots high and proud”, Elder Dolce was the first President of the Alpha Chapter as well as the first National Board from 2007- 2008.

Mr. Collin John, a proud native of Malick, Trinidad, was born on February 8, 1981. Elder John came to the USA in 1998 and graduated from Bloomfield College in 2005 with a degree in Computer Information Systems. At Bloomfield, Elder John held the position of President for the Men Empowerment Network, one the largest and most influential organizations on the campus and served as a devoted Resident Advisor (RA). He is also known as a very skilled soccer player who played on all levels of the sport. Elder John's knowledge, philosophies, philanthropy and critical analysis has lead this organization into the direction of growth and success.

Mr. Jeffrey Baptiste, the son of Haitian parents, has resided in various locations throughout the East Coast of the USA but was born in East Orange, New Jersey on March 22, 1979. Serving as Senior Class President, Elder Baptiste became Chi Phi Sigma’s first alumni when he graduated from Bloomfield College with a degree in Computer Graphics in 2002. As a child of God from birth, Elder Baptiste passionately dedicates much of his time to his church as the Youth leader within his community.

Mr. Sadrac Beauvil moved from Damien, Haiti to the USA on July 9, 1989. Born in 1979, Beauvil lived in New Jersey once in the USA and attended East Orange High School. In 2004, he graduated with a degree in Social Work from Bloomfield College and because of his optimism and involvement on campus; Beauvil was chosen to become one of the Founding Fathers. Elder Beauvil is a known advocate for the Haitian community.
