As leaders of tomorrow we strive to embark upon the need to achieve high standards across the globe. As advocates of the Caribbean we strive to educate and empower the community especially the youth. It is essential that we maintain our culture and traditions for the sake of our ancestors who were forbidden during the middle passage journey. It is necessary that our voices as "Generation X" for the future is heard.
Chi Phi Sigma has a fundamental and realistic dream that the demographics of the Caribbean islands would be "ONE" unified element, without discrimination of race, creed or belief. Blending our beaches into the ideal paradise, placing our diverse cultures at the center of the earth's performance, protecting and preserving our natural elements, and announcing our pride demonstrated through our education, craftmanship and diversity.
As prospect Ambassadors of the Caribbean, we intend to landmark the core practices of our scattered yet connected Identities through formulating the receipe for a better and unified Caribbean.
