Y.E.P is an advanced and distinguished program derived from the Big Brother and Big Sister Program, where youths are empowered and challenged to participate in excelling programs. Such programs may include Educational competitions (Spelling B, Read-a-thon, Historic & Scientific ventures, enrollment of special College programs, etc), social activities (sports, field trips, debates) and community services of which the organization is affiliated. Our goal is to procreate empowered youths with academic and social success in preparation for adulthood.

Y.E.P also extends to High School, and College students who sort to gain leadership experience throughout their academic years. The program develops communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Our faithful and dedicated members are committed to helping students find academic, athletic and leadership/role model scholarships.
